  • Deprecated function: Return type of DateObject::__wakeup() should either be compatible with DateTime::__wakeup(): void, or the #[\ReturnTypeWillChange] attribute should be used to temporarily suppress the notice in include_once() (line 143 of sites/all/modules/date/date_api/date_api.module).

Northern LGPS responds to Draft Statutory Guidance

On 19 March, the Northern LGPS submitted it's consultation response to the Minister, in regard concerns with the recently shared 'Draft Statutory Guidance on Asset Pooling'.
 
 
 
A further addendum was submitted on 28 March, including a Queen's Counsel opinion.
